How it works
Book one of our two omakase counters, Williamsburg or the West Village, for up to 20 guests. You plan the menu with the chef beforehand. We handle setup, cleanup, and the drinks. Book four to six weeks ahead when you can, so we can hold the room and plan the fish. Want a centerpiece? Add a live tuna carving.
